Second batch of Disaster Management Training (DMT)

The second batch of Disaster Management Training (DMT) was successfully conducted from the 4th of December to the 9th December 2021. The training included rope, fire rescue as well as other fundamentals of emergency response. In addition to this, a two-hour session by UNICEF Nepal focused on sexual exploitation and the fundamentals of communication.
The event was concluded by closing remarks from Hon. Minister Maheshwor Jung Gahatraj, Athak (Ministry of Youth and Sports), Secretary (MoYS), and National Coordinator Mr. Rabin Dahal (Nepal Scouts). During the closing ceremony, the newly appointed Ad-Hoc committee of Nepal Scouts were also present and gave valuable comments.
