नेपाल स्काउटका इकाईहरु र स्काउट, स्काउटर, सहायक राष्ट्रिय प्रशिक्षक, राष्ट्रिय प्रशिक्षक एवं आयुक्त, पदाधिकारीहरु नेपाल स्काउटमा पहिलो पटक दर्ता र बार्षिक रुपमा नवीकरण हुँदै जानु पर्दछ । हरेक इकाईले नेपाल स्काउटको सदस्यता सम्बन्धी Online Portal मा आफ्नो इकाईका स्काउट सदस्यहरुलाई दर्ता गराई इकाई तथा ब्यक्तिगत स्काउट सदस्यता नम्बर प्राप्त गर्नु पर्दछ । साथै, प्रत्येक स्काउटर, सहायक राष्ट्रिय प्रशिक्षक एवं राष्ट्रिय प्रशिक्षकहरु इकाईमा अनिवार्य रुपमा दर्ता/नवीकरण हुनु पर्दछ ।

तसर्थ नेपाल स्काउटको सदस्य तथा निकायहरुको दर्ता तथा नवीकरण प्रक्रियालाई अनलाइन माध्यमबाट व्यवस्थित गर्न दर्ता/नवीकरण सम्बन्धी निर्देशिका २०७८ अनुसार अनलाइन सदस्यता दर्ता/नवीकरण प्रणाली तयार भएको छ ।

NEW and RENEW UNIT REGISTRATION MANUAL (follow the steps below)

  1. STEP 1: GROUP (SCOUT/INSTITUTE/OPEN)
    • – Add your Group (School/Intitute or Open Unit) by new users (Scout Master) in system.
    • – If you are already added by your colleague (for e.g. Male scout master registered the group where your are involved, female scout master will be already added in the group), you do not require to register.
    • – If you have registered your Group in previous year, it’s not required to add your group again.
  2. STEP 2: MY SCOUTS
    • – Add all the Scout members details as per their respective Group (School/Institute).
    • – If scout members are already listed in My Scouts, you do not required to add again
      because every Scout will get only once Identification code i.e. ID Card number.
    • – Registered scout member’s personal details can be edited if required.
  3. STEP 3: NEW UNIT REGISTRATION
    • – After adding all your Scouts details in My Scouts section, you can start filling the New Unit Registration.
    • – As per the Registration Renewal Manual, male Scout Leaders are only allowed to register only male scouts (for eg. BTC holder Scout Master is only allow to register Boy Scouts NOT Girl Scouts). Same things applies to female Scout Leaders as well.
    • – Male (Female) Scout master will have access to register only male (Female) scouts, whereas Female (male) scout master will have access to register female (Male)
  4. STEP 4: RENEW UNIT REGISTRATION
    • – Renew your unit will be enable if you have registered (units) in previous year.
    • – While renewing, Scout Master can edit details (like, Ranking, Position, add or minus patrol
      members)
    • – In renewal process you may need to change the Ranking and Position of scouts in their patrol, in this case editing is enable
  5. STEP 5: PAYMENT METHOD of REGISTRATION FEE
    • – After successful Unit Registration (New/Renew) and approval by Local/Province Scout Office, payment panel will be activate where online (esewa/bank transfer/fonepay) or bank deposit payment can be made.
    • – Only after first (filled) unit payment, system will allow to fill the another unit registration.
